My Babies

What a bunch of good looking children. Honestly, they are gorgeous.

Jonah, my baby boy. He is so strong, so funny and so addicted to breastfeeding that I have visions of heading to the school gate at lunchtime when he's in year 4. He is obsessed with motorbikes, so obsessed that he sleeps AND breastfeeds while holding them. A lovely friend of mine just sent him so many bikes and he couldnt be more in love with them. He is starting to really communicate with words now, I love this age. If I could skip the newborn stage and go straight to 18 months I would have 7 more children.

Bronte, my middle baby. Wild Bronte. She had so much spark, and is so outgoing and funny - yet she is SO painfully shy of new people, and so scared of so many things. The blender sends her into a panic, as do low flying planes. She is a cave woman, everying is 'me'. "Me do it", "no me not, yes me are". Her hair is magnificent, there's no other word for it. So long and angel curls and RED. Although it's going lighter now, it's still beautiful. She lets me brush it, and braid it and play with it. Finnlay always hated her hair being done, it's nice to play dollies with Bronte's hair. She is in love with Dora, but wont watch it on TV. Consumerism has gotten a hold of her early, I dont think she even knows that Dora goes exploring.

Finnlay, my eldest baby. I still can't believe she is 8. She is thoughtful, inquisitive, helpful, curious, bossy, funny, highly strung, talkative, honest, brave, and caring. I don't tell her these things often enough, something I am working on. She see's the injustice in her world and knows how to play the victom VERY well. The violin plays a lot for Finnlay around here. She has taken it upon herself to do the dishes, and she enjoys it. She likes to help me around the house and does try her best to do it right. She loves to read, and loves science. She is getting the Treasures of The Earth every 2 weeks as she loves rocks and gemstones. She also loves the planets right now, and is really into the galaxy.

Best go and see what they are all up to, making a big mess no doubt - but I can hear laughing and fun so the mess will have to wait until they are all finished having a grand old time doing God knows!

Just had to post and say that I think you take the most beautiful photos I've ever seen.
